3/4c butter
3/8c worch. sauce
1.5 cloves garlic, minced
3/4c red currant or apricot jam (1 10oz jar)
1.5T dijon mustard
1.5c orange juice
1.5t ginger
dashes tabasco (about 2-3)

CROCK POT!

Round bone roast
1 small onion, chopped
package brown gravy mix
1/2c water (or less)
1/4c catsup
1/4c red wine
2t dijon
1t worch. sauce
1/8t garlic powder or 1 clove garlic

sprinkle meat with s&P
combine remaining ingredients and pour over. cook low 8-10 hours.

Round bone pot roast - rub w/ worch. sauce - season & flour. Brown. Pour 1 can beef broth over & 1c sauterne & little water & simmer for 1.5 hours. put in onion, cut up carrots soon enough to cook, last 15 or 20 minutes, add quart tomatoes, sliced green pepper & mushrooms. about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before done - add frozen package artichokes.
